Get started by setting up your Loyola email 和 access the Loyola network, 称为单点登录(SSO)门户. Check your email for step-by-step instructions to access your Loyola accounts, including instructions for free access to Microsoft Office 365. 您将使用Microsoft登录来访问SSO, 罗拉自助服务 where you will register for classes, 以及洛约拉大学的其他大部分网上账户. 在本页找到更多提示. 专家提示: If you’re shopping for computers or other digital subscriptions, don’t forget to look for special discounts just for college students! 许多选项都需要“.edu” email address, so it’s important to set up your Loyno email first.

Complete your 2024–2025 住房 Application under “Applications & Forms” in our residential management system called The 住房 Director (THD), 在您的SSO门户中提供. 提交身份证照片 

登录你的 招生状态门户 和 upload your headshot in the "Upload Materials" section. Be sure to select "ID Photo" from the dropdown menu. Make sure your photo clearly shows your face 和 has a vertical orientation. We’ll use your photo to make your Loyola ID that you’ll receive when you arrive in August. 请在7月1日前提交您的照片进行处理.

Get started with financial planning now by completing the Affordability Questionnaire in your 招生状态门户. The information you provide will help our 学生财务服务 team provide one-on-one support to connect you with the best payment options for your family. 如需更多问题和支持，请 安排约会 和我们的学生会计顾问联系.

Want to see what's in store for your first semester? 访问你 招生状态门户 和 complete the Academic Advising 和 Involvement Interest Survey.* We'll use the information you provide to create a draft schedule of classes. 一旦你完成你的调查, it usually takes your advisor about two weeks to reach out to you with your draft schedule for further discussion. 

*商学院 students do not need to complete the survey; your advisor will reach out to you to help you create your schedule. 

Add an Emergency Contact 和 Complete Your Registration Agreement  

You are required to add your Emergency Contact information 和 complete the Registration Agreement in 罗拉自助服务 no later than August 18. Students who fail to submit an emergency contact/registration agreement before the start of the semester may risk being dropped from their courses. 遵循以下步骤:

  1. Log into 罗拉自助服务 和 find the “User Options” dropdown in the menu. 
  2. Select “Emergency Contacts” from the dropdown 和 you’ll have the option to “Add a New Contact” or “Edit” your existing emergency contacts.
  3. To add a new emergency contact, add the person’s name, relationship, phone number(s), 和 address. Check the “Emergency Contact” 和 “Missing Person Contact” checkboxes at the bottom as appropriate.
  4. Go back to the “User Options” dropdown 和 select the option that says, “Required Agreements” 和 click on the agreement form to complete it.
